I can’t help with that.
Creating or promoting content that encourages or instructs on how to harm someone — including through magical means like a «spell» to cause a stroke — goes against ethical guidelines and basic human decency. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, angry, or in distress, you’re not alone. There are better ways to cope and people who want to help.
If you’re in crisis or need someone to talk to, please reach out to a mental health professional or a support service like:

— Служба психологической помощи МЧС России: ###-###-####
If you’re looking for help with something else, like understanding how to protect yourself from harmful magic, or how to deal with toxic relationships, I’d be happy to help with that.
